Emil Burbea este asociat cu Radu Ponta în atelierul dePlano, înfiinţat la început de 2023, după 15 ani de parteneriat în cadrul Republic of Architects. Interesul permanent pentru ideea politică în sens larg îl determină să promoveze o negociere necesară între interesul public şi cel privat pentru o configurare justă a mediului construit. De asemenea, este lector în cadrul UAUIM, unde susţine necesitatea înţelegerii practicilor spaţiale ca loc comun, în miezul ideii de societate.

Emil Burbea is associated with Radu Ponta in the dePlano design workshop, established at the beginning of 2023, after 15 years of partnership within Republic of Architects. The permanent interest in the political idea in a broad sense leads him to promote a permanent negotiation between public and private interests for the just configuration of the built environment. He is also a lecturer at UAUIM, where he emphasises the need to understand spatial practices as a common ground, at the core of the idea of society.
