What information is disclosed to us from app users?
At least for now, there are no accounts made for users. Therefore, All the analytics we collect is anonymised.
Anonymous data we collect:
- Number of app installs
- Number of unique daily users
- Exhibitions unique visits
- Total number of actions per artwork
- Time spent inside each artwork
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT FROM PUBLISHERS?
What information is disclosed to us from artists / museums / galleries and other publishers?
All the data we gather is for the public profile in-app. We usually gather it from public forms or by personally asking for it.
- Institution name
- Institution description
- Social media links, website, email
- Artist name, statement, social media links, website, email
WHAT DO WE DO WITH PUBLISHED ART?
What happens with the file you send to us?
We publish images (PNG, JPEG), videos (MP4, GIFs), 3D (FBX, GLTF, Unity Asset Bundles). We always offer you credits for it. We might use it in:
- Publicly publishing it in our app, giving you credits, based on previous agreements.
- For marketing purposes on our social media channels, landing page or newsletter.
A special case arises when we implement 2D / 3D graphics for improving your artworks. Ownership is usually given to the artist, but it might differ, based on previous agreements and contracts.
